We’re moving through our “Passport on a Plate” book, slowly but surely. This week while Callie attended Camp Read-A-Lot and the big girls were sleeping in, Jasmine and I made island banana fritters. They were scrumptious! Olivia seemed to like them a lot; Farrah liked them well enough, and Jasmine wasn’t a big fan (though she did have a second helping). Next up, Jerk Chicken!
