During the school year, there is little TV time in our house. That’s why I’m excited about the wonderful books we get to read this term. Here is my list of required reading for the fall. Callie, the four year old, is not a reader, so all her books will be read aloud to her. She will also read a lot more books than what’s on the list, since we can go through these books fairly easily. But the books on the list will be read to her over and over (and over again) during the semester.

Reading the right literature is key! I choose books with dynamic characters and engaging storylines that I think will stick with us for the rest of our lives.
